My goal for Dead Kitchen Radio is to revive it in 2017. In 2014, life just got too complicated and I couldn’t keep up the schedule. It was frustrating, as in the early days of the podcast, I didn’t have as much work — the period from 2010-2013 was one of the fallowest in my career — but as I got busier, I had so much more material for the podcast, but not enough time to actually record it. I even had the 42nd episode all planned: I was going to talk about my Sleepy Hollow novel Children of the Revolution, which came out that fall.
Anyhow, I’ve got lots of things to talk about and read for Volume 2 of DKR, including three new Super City Cops novellas, a bunch of short stories in the worlds of Aliens, Joe Ledger, Sherlock Holmes, Night of the Living Dead, and more, plus a look back at some of the nifty work I’ve done in the two-and-a-half years since the podcast went on its rather unfortunate hiatus.
So keep an eye on this here blog, or on DKR‘s Facebook page for updates!
